Terms of sale

These general terms and conditions apply to purchases of products from Orbital Systems AB (org. no. 556902-4671). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have reviewed the information provided. We only enter into agreements with individuals aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, parental consent is required. The agreement is considered concluded once your order has been confirmed in writing.

Please note that specific purchase agreements may apply to certain projects or specific orders. In such cases, the terms outlined in the written agreement will apply and may replace or complement these general terms and conditions.

All prices include VAT. Payment terms and available payment methods are specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. All goods remain the property of Orbital Systems AB until full payment has been received.

If you wish to modify your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before your order has left our warehouse.

Delivery is made to the address specified at the time of order, within the preliminary timeframe stated in the order confirmation. Delivery costs depend on the items ordered. Deliveries are made to the property boundary on a drivable road, unless otherwise specified.

For apartment buildings, deliveries are made to the building entrance. In the case of obstacles such as locked gates or closed barriers, deliveries are made as far as the drivable road allows.

In the event of transport damage, Orbital Systems AB will assist the customer in filing a claim with the transport company. However, Orbital Systems AB is not responsible for damages or costs resulting from delivery delays.

If a delivery delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the case of significant delays, you have the right to cancel your purchase at no cost, provided the item is not custom-made or manufactured to your specifications.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must have been purchased directly from us and returned in its original condition and packaging. If the item has been handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics and functionality, a reduction in value may be deducted from the refund. The extent of the reduction is determined by Orbital Systems AB.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring that the item arrives undamaged. Before returning any item, please contact us via email at support@orbital-systems.com.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of the return being approved but may take up to 30 days in some cases. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue, and if the complaint is approved, we will correct the issue or replace the product. If a replacement product cannot be provided, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.

We offer warranties ranging from two (2) to ten (10) years, depending on the product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and is valid provided the product has been installed and used in accordance with our instructions. The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. The warranty is contingent upon full payment being received. The agreement is governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute between the customer and Orbital Systems AB, the matter shall primarily be resolved in Swedish general courts.
